I’m starting to feel really angry about the bombing yesterday. It’s not like the death and misery will achieve *anything*. As a generation us Brits have grown up with constant IRA threats and a resolve to just ‘keep buggering on’, what do ‘they’ think we’ll do?
Gah, anyway, I wish I’d written this. It sums it up much more eloquently than I could:

This is London. We’ve dealt with your sort before. You don’t try and pull this on us.
Do you have any idea how many times our city has been attacked? Whatever you’re trying to do, it’s not going to work.
