I’m not all that convinced with the syncronisation software from Avanquest called mobile Phone Tools that came with my new Motorola v3. It wouldn’t sync with Outlook out of the box and now that I’ve paid the additional £20 (converted) to download a full version I can’t fully sync my contacts.
All I need to do is sync contacts (as I have a Dell Axim x30 PDA that syncs my Calendar items) but it seems that the software cannot handle Outlook when it has Outlook Business Contact Manager 2003 [BCM] installed.
BCM places its contacts in a folder on the same level as the standard contacts folder and there is no ability to select multiple folders.
I’ll post to their support forum, maybe they’ll be nice and make a fix. Although after reading some of the threads I’m not so confident…
