Amazing. I just saw this on the BBC news site. It shows people still on the top deck of the bus that blew up on Thursday: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/spl/hi/pop_ups/05/uk_number_30_bus_bomb_aftermath/html/3.stm On Thursday looking at the pictures of the bus I was suprised to hear that anyone had survived. at all.

ORIENT have pulled off a major transfer coup by persuading Livingston midfielder Craig Easton to move to Brisbane Road and reject the chance to stay in Scotland with Motherwell. Easton, 26, has made almost 250 appearances in the Scottish Premier League over the past six seasons, but was surprisingly released by Livingston at the end of [...]

I’m starting to feel really angry about the bombing yesterday. It’s not like the death and misery will achieve *anything*. As a generation us Brits have grown up with constant IRA threats and a resolve to just ‘keep buggering on’, what do ‘they’ think we’ll do? Gah, anyway, I wish I’d written this. It sums it [...]

For the record our mail server address is pop3.exponetic.net. I should [...]

At this stage it’s clear that there have been deaths and loads of injuries, but it does seem that the main aim was to cripple the city rather than cause maximum loss [...]

Isn’t that such a great statement. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/other_sports/olympics_2012 My offices are just east of the City and a full compliment of the Red Arrows just flew past very low and LOUD with Red, White and Blue smoke streaming out of the back. This is quite a nice take on the day: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4654137.stm They’ve got a slick rail network, a [...]
