Football

The O’s won away at Darlington today 1-0. It was the first time that we’ve beaten them for some time and apparently the first time in 93 years that the O’s have won their first three games of a campaign, great stuff. I had my sis and Mum up - they come up from Bristol for the _day_ to see the twins - so this meant that I couldn’t listen to the game on Orient World. Still, two games coming up in quick succession: Rochdale at home next Sat and then Luton (who are currently top of the Championship) Tuesday week.

It’s good to see that the Hammers beat Blackburn 3-1 especially as I [think I] picked Etherington as one of my midfielders for the fantasy football. He looked very good in the play-offs that I watched on TV, a lot of pace and he scored today so I’ll get extra points. Rooney also scored - he’s one of my strikers. As I’ve also Henry up front and a few Chelsea mid fielders (obviously I’ve got Lampard) I’ll wait to see how Arsenal & CFC get on tomorrow.

Up the O’s!
